Nocatee Fireworks
Nocatee will once again be hosting events throughout Independence Day/4th of July time period which they will soon be publishing through their normal channels of communication.
The purpose of this note is to make all of our homeowners aware that the Twenty Mile Central HOA has partnered with eleven other Nocatee HOA’s/communities as well as some corporate sponsors to provide a fireworks event on the evening of July 3, 2025.
The fireworks event will follow an evening of activities that Nocatee will be communicating which will include live music, local foods trucks and other Independence Day festivities.
The fireworks on the 3rd are scheduled to begin at 9:15PM. The accompanying map outlines the launch site as well as the viewing area which will be Nocatee Station Field and around the retention pond directly in front of SJC Fire station #18. The area around the retention pond (shaded in green) will be the best viewing area!
Homeowners are welcome to stop by anytime during the day to set your chairs, blankets etc. in the viewing area prior to the fireworks starting to mark off a spot to watch the fireworks from. In prior years not only did homeowners come by early and set up chairs, in some cases homeowners from sponsoring communities set up 10’X10’ (or so) canopy style tents to gather around hours before the fireworks for cookout’s, corn hole and or simply to party and celebrate Independence Day! As information, the gates to Nocatee Station Field will not open until 5:30pm.
We hope that holding an event like this in conjunction with Nocatee will somewhat alleviate homeowners' concerns regarding fireworks within our communities with such close proximity to other homes, disturbing children, pets, and carefully considering those among us with sensory issues! We are also hopeful that you enjoy and appreciate having a larger scale firework show close enough to enjoy without having to leave Nocatee.
